By accessing or using SigningUs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
SigningUs provides electronic signature and document workflow tools. You are responsible for ensuring an electronic signature is appropriate and acceptable for your specific document and jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use SigningUs for unlawful purposes, to forge signatures, to send documents you are not authorized to send, or in any way that violates the rights of others.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your documents. SigningUs retains all rights to the platform, software, and brand. We claim no ownership over your content.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigningUs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
