We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting), under strict data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention
Signed documents and audit trails are retained for the duration of your account plus any legally required period. You may delete documents at any time, subject to legal-hold requirements.
